My Approach

Lindy believes that athletes, business owners and professionals – regardless of age, level or ability – can benefit from mental performance coaching. she takes a collaborative approach with her clients to ensure that the changes and progress made are extremely personal in nature. Everyone is different and no two paths are identical, she therefore encourages active participation and practice in both office and practical settings. During her time with a client she aids in the discovery of mental weaknesses and pain-points, works with each individual or team to identify the best approach for change and teaches her clients how to use the tools and skills available to them to improve resilience and mental performance. Whether someone is suffering from stress and anxiety, recovering from an injury or is feeling burnt out, Lindy is available to help everyone find his or her path back to a positive and satisfying career.
